i was very much in this all or nothing cycle when it came to working out, which got very frustrating. Once i learned about this, i started applying these concepts that i'm teaching or sharing in this episode to health and fitness. And i started to become very consistent with my workouts, and i became the fittest that i had ever been. Not just that, i had a different relationship with myself, a much more empowered one. I no longer continuously felt inadequate.
