Building UX Maturity Across the Company
If you don't have a sit at the table, you're basically excluded from the equation. It's very hard to build UX maturity of the company or build good decisions and products for your users. I would definitely promote this anywhere I go and maybe other companies or my students that lunch and learn is a great activity across the company if they could support it. Other things that I like to do, and I don't do this often anymore, but I think I should start doing this: calling in sort of a playful UX.
