Do Red States Go After Abortion Companies?

Many red states, including texas, have committed in law to not punishing patients. In many cases of self managed abortion, there will be no one else for the state to punish. So i think we're going to see states faced with a difficult decision between punishing people who have abortions, or just not enforcing their laws.
