The Meaning of Praying Mantis
Praying mantis were always exotic to me remember as a kid when you'd find a praying mantis it still is when you find one because in Connecticut I think they were. There have never been state or federal law on the bakes books that prohibited killing a pigeon. They do serve a good role in the ecosystem as they eat many bugs that would traditionally be considered pests. In north America none of the species are endangered consequently there are no legal ramifications for killing a mantis.
