I'm shocked to hear you don't like have a full team and you do so much yeah that that makes sense I think it's really remarkable that that you're able to now have women right after staff writers but women who come on and share their work too. These are almost all women almost all the women that we published there are women who couldn't publish elsewhere either because they're new writers or because of what they're trying to write about. Those are so much I find that the newsletters to be yeah a lot of work and I love getting the newsletter to createYeah it's a it's a huge undertaking I mean the website development the website security. It was a huge gift to me
