How Do You See the Competition in Engineering Talent?
We have about 12 full-time members still growing fast. We're hiring another four or five full-time engineers as we speak. The market seems to be more friendly to early stage startups compared to when we started in the February March timeframe. One of our key principles is hiring what we call so-called missionary non-masonry and so we really make sure that there is strong passion and alignment to the mission and with the founders the culture.
