How to Forget Asynchronous Meetings

I think it's extra important on remote teams to do onboarding effectively. We only allow people to communicate via asynchronous video or audio notes. This invites me to talk about forcing functions and actually think it's smart for early stage companies to have a dedicated section in their handbook on here are the forcing functions that we're actively using. The second one is about culture. And I think a prediction for remote teams going forward is that culture will largely be built outside of the workplace. It will not be built from within.
