i love that having high standards, being picky, making sure you get the top calera people. I've too many jobs and not enough people. We ask questions in order to get the best of the best, and we're left with nobody to hire. i do think generally, for creative rule, for creative jobs, it's better to have less, maybe, if you're lacking. For any creative job, a what what they rely on at netflix ann the whole idea of talent density is that it's better has a lot less people and pay them a lot more in order to have the very best.
