In the cloud, things tend to change more. So you need some kind of a way where folks can get things back and self service or something like that. You know, coming up with least privilege strategy tends to be quite hard. What we did in Netflix is we built something called repo kid repo kid which will basically observe an application running in the cloud,. And then remove permissions from a default role that they don't end up using.
