Can the Government Regulate Cigarettes?

Josh Halle: Government schools have failed us. I think we need to abolish the government school system. Give the money back to the parents and let them choose how they want to educate their children. The Bible teaches that there's a difference between sins and crimes, he says. All sins are before the Lord but not all sins are crimes like adultery or sodomy. And so covetousness is not a crime because it might be a sin if you're intoxicated more often than usual. He also said people shouldn't worry about what age your kids can smoke cigarettes.
