I Think It's Been a Privilege That Has a Huge Impact on Me

"I certainly think that it was a much nicer, easier world," he says of his early years. "You learned not to stereotype people... You learn not to prejudge." His kids went to 11 schools by the time they finished class ten and had to make new friends every year. He worries we become more insular as we start to spend more time in echo chambers with people like ourselves.
