Plant-Based Proteins Compared to Whey Proteins

Despite equating all of those factors the whey protein values were significantly and I would even say substantially higher than the three other proteins. The bright side if you're really into plant-based proteins are that these three appeared to be safe well tolerated. They did cause the the increase in plasma lucine and essential amino acids that you would be looking for but what was interesting was despite all their efforts to equate those various factors the Whey was still superior in terms of the magnitude of those amino acid responses.
