How to Choose the Right Elders for Your Church

I'm looking forward to being able to just focus on the development of the church but yeah I'm hoping to develop some hobbies oh my goodness like I've been going for for my ordination process they keep talking to me about self-care because they're really invested in protecting pastors. It's fun to be part of that conversation as a pastor it's a big relief to know that there's a community who owns what where we're going and we're working together to get there. So far on our leadership team what we have are people that come from more of a mature background that understand how churches function which will be interesting to see over timeHow these groups work together.
