Roman Catholicism has a mechanism in place for resolving theological disputes, he says. "We don't have to debate issues a thousand times over and constantly question the answers that we came to in the past" He believes there is no such thing as unanimity of belief or uniformity of belief. We can all be doing the same thing, even if we come to different opinions about certain matters.
