The Difference Between Being a Black and Not Black Birthing Parent

Black parents are monitored much more closely in the medical system and in the child protective system. If there's one parent involved, which is more likely to be a black parent, the child is far more likely to being removed from th home. But not just that, that parent is going to be subject to drug testing one going, regardless of whether they've shown themselves to be goodparent or not.
