The Importance of Vitamin D for Teenagers

There's no such thing as a total vegan. Teenagers eat absolutely horribly. Anybody doing anything is usually going to be better than what your typical teenager eats which is bread and ketchup. You need to take omega-3 supplement, not in the form of flax or chia but you need to take algae oil or else fish oil. Vitamin D is really important and I would not take D2.
