How to Make a Wireless Guitar or Microphone

I had a band called The Navy Alliance. And I had Jimmy Arsenow and then Dave Star and Larry Holmes from Vicious Rumors. So we had fun playing with opening for a lot of the happening bands at that time. Now you are the inventor of the wireless guitar, right? Well, what we did was there was wireless microphones, you know, being just a radio transmission device like a walkie talkie or something. They were around, but they weren't usable because they didn't have the audio quality necessary.
