The Poly Exclusion Principle and the Universe

If we didn't have this then electrons would all relax and down to the lowest state They would all be in the lowest energy level because that's what the universe likes to do It likes to spread energy out doesn't like to have little dense depositions of energy So for example, if you zap an electron and you give it extra energy so it jumps up the ladder to like, you know energy level 10 And you just wait a few moments then it will radiate away that energy and relax back down. But also it would change chemistry, right? The way that atoms bond together depends on these orbitals. All their properties like how their metallic or how they glow depends on the poly exclusion
