How to Pivot Into a Design Role

I was talking about, you know, building these processes and how it's really a design role. The whole time before you said that I was thinking, Oh, it's such an obstacle. And at lascian when I joined was 5000 people and I'm like, I've never worked at a company this big even though frog had been around for 40 years or 30 years in the past.
