Art as a Force for Systemic Change

Adrienne: Up until 2015, we've been a little bit of a middleman for institutions. We were like, how do we support artists to do what they love for a living? I was really young and in some ways naive and innocent to how power actually works. In that complicity, we weren't changing anything - even the basic realisation there is no way to have ongoing work in Birmingham as an artist.
