The Effect of Probiotics on Stress
The next study looked at what effect probiotics have on stress. Now we've discussed this in the past. Some interesting studies finding that probiotics can dampen one's reaction to stress in a healthy way. They looked at about 500 healthy nurses and they looked at placebo versus probiotic after three months there was no difference between groups for perceived stress, anxiety, or number of days sick.
