Buddy Cianci was the first Republican mayor in 34 years in Providence, Rhode Island. He admitted that he knew as much about being mayor as I did about brain surgery. In 82, he gets reelected to his third term as mayor. And this time he's an independent candidate. The bigger you get into a ship or yacht, the more likely it is your marriage will hit the rocks.
