i love these kinds of problems, ause it's just a matter of breaking down all the essential steps and then filling those steps with the right person. We have a team of illustrators that there's a few key steps in that process. The first one is we sketch a story board where we do, i like, a really messy sketch of every page of the book. There's just all these little steps along the process. Takes about a four months. On the beginning, it was like, oh, it took us eight months. But once we're at step two, then it goes off to illustration. I've tried to hire several different writers, and this particular one has stuck
