Introduction

Discovery is a weekly podcast from the b b c world service. Today, we look at an albino burmese python that has died of natural causes. It's one of the largest snakes on earth capable of reaching up to seven meteres in length and weighing up to 180 kilograms. We will also investigate what makes each of these animals unique in terms of their extraordinary anatomy, behavior and physiology.
