Growth is not bad, it's just that growth makes sense until it doesn't. I think part of it is that evolutionary thing where resources were scarce. But a lot of it comes down to ego as well and we start running our business for how it looks to other people. We feel like, oh, well, I'll look better or my business will seem more legitimate if it's just bigger.
