The Two Sides of Climate Change
There is a very substantial need for more research and development and innovation on amission reductions. There wed be no lots of things for wek if we still have to figure out how to do things better. And more importantly, this whole new area of carbon removal, we need lots of incentives. As i said, things are happening, yes, they are, but not enough.
