The Word to Define Hobbs
Hobbs was born in relatively humble circumstances. He rose by his wits intelligence, and came into the service of an aristocratic family. The word to describe hobbs is that he was a sceptic. Scepticism being the philosophical position of doubt. You can't have scepticism unless there is some one or something capable of thinking the doubt. I doubt, therefore i am.
