Is She a Killer?

Did she write letters? Was there a deathbed confession? She continued to live and maybe the guilt got to her. It's really hard to make guesses about things when you don't have 100% of the information, but I think that we certainly know what road we would go down if we were back in 1963 trying to gather evidence.
