Pierce Street: A Platform for Investing in Real Estate Loans
Pierce Street is an online platform for investing in real estate backed loans. These loans are sometimes called hard money loans because they are backed by collateral real estate that can be sold if the borrower defaults. The average interest rate across their portfolio was eight and a half percent, according to Brett Crosby of Pierce Street.
