In many cases, your better choice is actually the idea which is hated by many, as long as it's loved by the few. There is no one answer to question. Wherever idea you have, there's going to be a little full of it. In our company, that's much easier if a budget is fixed and then I don't have to explain why I have to pay another $2,000 right to Percon or what I didn't plan for.
