The Rotating Villain

Of those 77 actions, 15 byton has moved forwardn and 11 he's moved forward on them. The idea that you could just put forward a multi trillion dollar bill and expect joe mansion to agree with it was in many ways the original problem here. There are a host of opportunities here - it's just a matter of having a president who has that will. It's not even creativity, right? We know what he can do. So how much of this is actually the rotating villain and on biding? I think i ultimately have to say it's on the democratic party.
