The Impact of Higher Interest Rates on Office Real Estate
Finance is harder to get today because of concerns about real estate. Building has to be well leased, high quality and owned by a strong sponsor. Most of the financing we do is in the bond market. The premier workplaces had a positive 7 million square feet of net absorption last year.
