I see a lot of Venn diagrams in my future of processing. I'm able to determine where the pain is or where the discomfort or the imbalance is pretty quickly. And the more you do it, the more finely tuned you get to your your own inner life. So if I asked myself the question, where am I, where do I feel inauthentic or what story am I telling myself that isn't true? That's another way of asking the same question.
