The Expandability Property of Multicellular Systems

The multifade system can be used to create different states in a cell. The state number of states grows exponentially with the number of these proteins. It's become sort of a playground, I would say, for exploring what synthetic biology can do therapeutically. We're thinking of it as like the foundation for engineering multicellular systems.
