Low Carbohydrate Diets Are Not All Ketogenic

Not all low carb diets are ketogenic. Just by counting your carbs, it doesn't necessarily mean that you're going to get into ketosis. A truly ketogenic diet is going to usually contain about 20 grams of total carbohydrate per day. It's just a game changer for people with food addiction who have tried other plans and they haven't worked.
