Do You Want to Stay in Sass or Custom Research Blend?

I'd be open to that we already do some custom reports for people but from that I did it just to learn this whole process like what would that even look like. What I learned is that yeah you just need a lot of people because they're going to come to you with a bunch of requirements and find the best trends right about them. It's scalable for sure but it's a lot harder to scale in the software so I'm tempted by that.
