How Do You Think the Hiring Process Will Look in the Future?
I think we are looking more likely at people that will work for multiple companies. I know when we have an active job that goes out into our marketplace and if it is remote and also prioritize diversity, you will have 20 to 30 times more applicants. We're going to start seeing companies really investing in those two attributes,. trying to keep as many jobs remote as possible.
