I&A filed three intelligence reports on journalists in the context of a high stress situation in Portland. I was not reporting anything that was classified, this is not highly sensitive material. These were basically policy and guidance documents about how to deal with protesters and how to dealing with leaks. We did not know the answer to that question at the time; it seemed to me that it was a much lesser problem, although not a non-problem.
