APQC Podcast: Process Capability

Jeff: I've seen a lot of people use the framework then as kind of a process library for building out their capabilities. We see more and more people than also using it for things like data, meta-tagging, which data points are associated with which processes. And all of that information kind of balls up then into that capability. Jeff: The other thing that your listeners might confuse though is the idea of process capability, and that's a whole nother discussion.
