Is There a Higher Level of Performance Tuning in Swift Code?

I think for me, when I've been writing more lower levels, Swift code, if you will, like Swift code that has to be more performance tuned. Like the level that I found myself kind of stopping at is when it comes to things like value semantics and copy on right. And this is really important for the bottom of the stack. But on the other hand, having, you know, John be able to have a passion project builds out a new way of building a webpage and publishing content. That's a superpower you all get by not having to think about the wires wiggling in the CPU. Right.
