I'm struck by this, you know, the origins of the word company from Campanis, which is to break bread with. Maybe commercial people should think about breaking bread with a really mature, sophisticated people officer as well as a finance person. And it gives a different view, right? Yeah. Some of the best ex-care relationships I've had was Barker Card Europe and the team that to this day is still on a WhatsApp group together. So, yeah, I think we are now picking up speed in the demands that our new workforces have brought around agility and the wellbeing and a leader that empathizes with them.
