Take some deep breaths to just set your intentions towards slowing down and releasing excess energy. As your breathing falls into a gentle, consistent pattern, begin to picture yourself looking up at the sky. In this sky, there are a scattering of clouds drifting on the breeze. Those clouds can represent your thoughts and worries in just the same way that you can watch and observe the clouds drifting by. You can become the observer of your thoughts. Two any thought that presents itself, just gently send it up into the sky to join with the other gently floating clouds.
