The walled compound you're used to seeing in every Tate video of late is much smaller than you'd think. The largest building, the black one with the red neon entrance, measures about 60 feet by 120 feet and has a footprint of under 650 square meters. According to multiple sources and news reports, the walled compound that Tate and his side kick were holed up in was only worth between $600 and $700,000. Yet, according to other sites like this one, the Tate's reportedly spent $30 million on renovating this compound.
