The War Between the Fathers and the Patriarchy

If this generation is loosing the basics of what it means to be a man, what do you think is replacing that? What's becoming the new father, the new patriarch of the age government. So for example, if a dad doesn't do a good job raising his kids, it doesn't just want those kids and abdicate that then his kids will inevitably become some sort of church or state in some way.
