The Disadvantages of Black People in Jobs

I've sometimes wondered how much when we talk about the disadvantages of black people in jobs, how much of that is a class thing. It's so difficult to sort of decipher that because I always talk about intersectionality and that when you do things for one, it sort of has a ripple effect on others. And yes. If the people of colour are preponderably in that social class or in those poor estates, they're shut out on a double basis really. They have the double whammy. But it's also that awareness though of the industry and the range of different jobs within the industry. So if you're a STEM student and brilliant at the engineering and math site, you can
