Practice on Purpose
You need to practice a thought you're going to practice on purpose. You take whatever the current thought is that you figured out by asking yourself. And then you brainstorm what are some things you could think instead, like I'm a great lawyer and my work is gonna be awesome. If it's about the outcome, you can focus on past positive outcomes. All we can change is the thoughts which produce stress or anxiety in our body.
