How to Navigate the Dynamic of Security Leadership
Security leadership is about managing those projects and getting them done. It's not about technology or hackers or threats, it's about how do you pave the way for your team to actually get stuff done. I think everybody that is non security that is looking for a security role is doing that because someone made them care on some level about security. And so whoever that person is or whoever you reached out to that sort of makes you think, Hey, you know, I need this role, let them help you define the role.
