Do You Think Trees Have a Conscious Perspective?

So what a you suggested maybe trees are conscious, or have something like consciousness, but trees don't have brains. Ah, maybe a better way of asking the question would be, at what point would you say that what we think of as consciousness does start to show up? The idea is that an organism with a brain will have to model the world, but itself too. So if it models the world, it models itself. And it's this self modelling that creates a perspective, that creates an observer that's looking at that modlets let's dive in in tha element.
