The Power of Habits
Habits are a signal internally to ourselves about who we are and what we care about. Each little habit is like a little atom in the overall routine of your day. When you do those things once or twice it doesn't radically transform the story you have about yourself but if you keep doing them for two years, they can be very powerful. So habits provide proof of evidence that you're telling yourself an important story. And so I think this is a very powerful personal thing that can perhaps cross over into other areas of our lives.
