The Importance of Return Assets in Dividend Investing

I'm not a huge fan of dividend investing just because I think people tend to overvalue dividends. Some companies that are very attractive for dividend things know it and pay out pretty high dividends for that reason. If you find a stock like that that could be very attractive But if you find astock with a high P high price to book and it has a dividend that you like, then the yield is probably more important rather than growth. Return assets versus return of us a capital can be a more conservative way of doing it depends on the business though as well!
